Getting Started with Nature Treks:

Nature Treks has 2 modes, Trek and Auto Trek. These are available to choose from the main menu.
Trek mode is an interactive experience that lets you explore the environment at your own pace and collect the coloured auras within the environment. Collecting the auras will give you different amount of points, depending on the colour. A collection wheel is visible at the bottom left hand corner of the screen,
collect 100 points to fill the wheel.
Auto trek lets you lay back as you are taken on a 30 minute relaxing and healing automated journey through the environment.
