Privacy Policy

Privacy Policy

Greener Games is built around restorative experiences. We treat your privacy with the same care. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information submitted through this website and through ordinary email correspondence.

Who we are

Greener Games is an independent VR studio creating immersive experiences shaped around nature, calm, presence, connection, creativity, and emotional regulation.

In our experiences

Nature Treks VR does not send personal information back to Greener Games. We do not receive IP addresses, email addresses, account names, or personal user profiles from Nature Treks VR.

The experience runs on your device and does not require a Greener Games account.

For future Greener Games products, including Harmony, any product-specific data handling will be explained separately where needed, before or during use.

On our website

You may choose to contact us through the website or by email. When you do, we may receive the information you choose to provide, such as:

  • your name
  • your email address
  • your organisation, if provided
  • the subject of your enquiry
  • the message you send us

We use this information to read, manage, and respond to your enquiry.

Contact and enquiry messages

Your enquiry will come directly to John at Greener Games. Each message is read personally and answered by John or by the team member best suited to respond.

Responses usually take 1–5 working days.

Our enquiry form does not store submissions on a Greener Games server. When you submit the form, your browser’s email client opens with the message pre-filled so you can send it directly to us. The information you choose to share is then handled as ordinary email correspondence.

Sensitive information

Please do not share clinical histories, diagnoses, or sensitive personal health information through the website enquiry form.

If an enquiry requires a more appropriate route, we will arrange that in our reply.

Cookies and analytics

We do not run advertising trackers, behavioural analytics, or third-party marketing pixels on this site.

The website may use essential technologies needed for hosting, security, performance, or basic operation.

If analytics, embedded video, or other third-party services are added in future, we will update this Privacy Policy and provide appropriate information and choices where required.

Who we share information with

We do not sell personal information.

We may share information only where necessary with trusted service providers who help us operate the website, manage communications, provide hosting, or support normal business administration.

We may also share information if required by law.

How long we keep information

We keep personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose it was provided.

Email correspondence may be kept where needed to manage enquiries, maintain business records, respond to follow-up questions, or meet legal and administrative requirements.

Your rights

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights over your personal information, including the right to ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, or objection to certain uses of your data.

If you have contacted us by email and would like us to delete that correspondence, or if you have any other privacy question, please write to jcarline@greenergames.net.

You also have the right to raise a concern with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.

Updates to this Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date at the top of this page.
